I was born in Niger, in a humble family, and I’ve always believed that with courage and hard work, we can rise above any limits. That belief carried me from Niamey to international leadership roles with some of the world’s largest companies.
I became part of the first Francophone African team at Procter & Gamble, then went on to serve as the first female African Managing Director at Arla Foods, and later the first female MD of a textile company. Each role taught me how to transform challenges into opportunities for growth both for businesses and for people.

My career has been recognized globally: I was nominated CEO of the Year in 2022, and listed among the Top 100 Career Women. Today, I serve on boards, including Ecobank Niger , David Suddens Foundation and the African Science Academy, while continuing to support businesses in transformation and growth. Alongside my corporate journey, I’ve built Hourera, my NGO dedicated to mentoring young people especially women in business and health. And outside of work, I’ve embraced challenges like climbing Kilimanjaro, becoming the first person from Niger to reach the summit.
All of these experiences shape how I coach and support ambitious professionals today. I don’t just bring theory I bring lived experience, ongoing leadership practice, and a belief that growth is always possible, no matter where you start.
